The project proposes a new approach to decentralized exchanges (DEX) where users only sign their swap intention and delegate the execution to solvers. Solvers then compete to offer the best exchange rates and batch multiple trades to create Coincidence of Wants (CoWs). CoWs lead to better prices compared to existing DEX aggregators while saving on gas costs, AMM fees and execution risks. If CoWs are not possible, solvers fall back to using the best possible on-chain route from leading aggregators.
